2. Eligibility and account responsibilities

• You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and connected accounts.
• You may connect only Pages or assets that you own or are authorized to manage.
• You are responsible for all activity performed through your account and configured automations.

3. Description of services

WapBot Pro may provide business dashboard access, Facebook Page connection, Messenger automation, sales and support reply workflows, order capture support, and related website services.

We may update, improve, suspend, or remove features at any time based on technical, legal, commercial, or third-party platform requirements.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited activity includes:

• Violating applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Sending spam, deceptive, abusive, unlawful, or infringing content.
• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, tokens, data, or conversations.
• Using the service in any way that violates Meta, Facebook, or other connected platform rules.

5. Meta / Facebook integrations

When you connect a Facebook Page or related Meta asset, you represent that you have the legal and administrative authority to do so.

• You may only connect assets you manage or are authorized to manage.
• You are responsible for your compliance with Meta policies, messaging rules, and permission requirements.
• Third-party platform availability or policy changes may affect the service.

6. Customer content, messages, and data

You remain responsible for your business content, messages, FAQs, product information, and automation instructions configured in the service.

• You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of automated replies, offers, and customer-facing statements.
• You must not upload or process content that violates privacy, rights, or applicable law.
• We may process customer messages and operational data to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
• Personal data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Payments, subscriptions, and pricing

Paid features or subscriptions may be subject to separate commercial terms, invoices, or pricing pages presented at the time of purchase.

• Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
• You are responsible for taxes, duties, bank fees, and payment-provider charges.
• We may update pricing prospectively with notice where required.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that:

• you violated these terms or applicable law;
• your use creates abuse, fraud, policy, or security risk;
• a connected third-party platform disables or restricts required access; or
• continued service is not technically, legally, or commercially feasible.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WapBot Pro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, revenue, or business opportunities arising out of or related to the use of the service.

10. Intellectual property

The software, branding, design, workflows, and documentation of WapBot Pro are owned by or licensed to WapBot Pro and are protected by applicable law.

11. Third-party services

Our platform may rely on third-party services including Meta APIs, hosting providers, AI providers, payment processors, communication infrastructure, and analytics tools. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes outside our reasonable control.
